We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery location. If Free Shipping is applicable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS or email to help you monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery.
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

9. Address Change

Address modification requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
