• Original packaging and invoice are provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
• Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
• Share order details along with images or videos of the issue
• Our team will review the request and arrange a return pickup if approved

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Policy Abuse

Aarv Dev Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect misuse of our return policy or fraudulent activity.
